- By completing a survey, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. Cats Protection may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw these terms and/or the £25 Amazon voucher without prior notice.
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed and performed in accordance with laws of the UK, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.
- Voucher is non-transferrable, cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or any other denominated vouchers.
- Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed
