Taking time away from work is important for our good mental health and wellbeing. Holiday entitlement starts at 26 days (plus bank holidays) increasing to 31 days maximum with length of service (pro-rated based on hours of work).
We know there’ll be times when you can’t come to work because you’re ill. We want to support you and help you return to work as soon as you’re able. We offer enhanced pay, on a discretionary basis, over and above any entitlement to statutory sick pay. We’ll pay you up to eight weeks’ sick pay in any year if eligible.

You’re entitled to a free full eye test, every two years, if your role requires a lot of time on a computer. We’ve partnered with Specsavers and if you need special corrective glasses or lenses for regular use of computers, you’ll be entitled to a voucher to use against the cost.
We use salary exchange (which is a salary sacrifice scheme) for pension contributions. It is an arrangement between you and Cats Protection and, for most employees, will save you money compared to standard pension contribution arrangements. Our pension partner is Scottish Widows.
