Name: H2H Maui

Location: South London Cat Centre

Magnificent Maui is being rehomed via our Home to Home initiative. This means that he is not in the centre for viewing but is with his present owner and will be transported directly to his new home when the right person enquiries. This means we can keep pens at the centre free to help more cats and that Maui will not experience any unnecessary stress by coming into the cattery while waiting for a new home. He has been seen by our vet and is ready for a new start. His owner has this to say about him:
Our Maui has been with us for eight wonderful years, from when he was just four months old. He is a one-of-a-kind companion with a playful, curious, and affectionate personality that has brought us so much joy.

Maui thrives on interaction—he’s incredibly sociable and loves being around people. Whether he’s chasing strings and laser pointers or curling up on your lap for some cuddles, he’s happiest when he’s part of the action. One of his most endearing quirks is kneading on his loved ones, especially when he’s feeling extra content. He’s also a big fan of chin rubs and loves having a high perch to watch the world go by.

Maui has always had a bit of an adventurous streak. He enjoys spending time outdoors and would love a home where he can safely explore and soak up the fresh air. At night, he loves to curl up in bed with his humans—it’s his favorite way to stay close and feel connected.

Because Maui prefers being the center of attention, he would be happiest in a calm home without other pets or young children. His ideal family would offer him outdoor access, plenty of opportunities to play and explore, and lots of love and attention on his terms.
