Cat adoption in Southampton

Are you ready to welcome a cat into your heart and home in Southampton?

In the adoption process, we take into account everything from the unique personality of your potential new pet and how it aligns with your lifestyle, to the specifics of your living situation. Our goal is to forge a perfect pairing between cat and owner, marking the beginning of a beautiful feline friendship.

Below, you'll find cats from Southampton that are awaiting adoption. We don't maintain a waiting list. If a particular cat (or cats) catches your eye, please indicate your interest using the button on their profile. For any questions regarding your suitability or the adoption process, feel free to contact us at 02381 661 633 or send us an email.

We prefer to handle applications and inquiries via email or through our website as each phone call incurs charges. Nevertheless, if calling is more suitable for you, please feel free to do so but please don't call multiple times as we will get back to you.

Learn more about the adoption process with Cats Protection here.

The adoption fee is £100 for an adult cat (aged 6 months and above) and £120 for a kitten (aged 6 months or below). Additional donations to support our cat care efforts are greatly appreciated.

Please be aware that to ensure our cats find their new homes swiftly, we can only hold a reservation for up to seven days. Consider this timeframe before submitting your application.

For those in rental housing, please secure your landlord's permission prior to applying.
