Run by a small team of dedicated, cat-loving volunteers, we're passionate about improving the lives of cats and kittens in Cardiff & The Vale, working to find loving new homes for local cats in our care, and lost and found cats, as well as general education and awareness within the Cardiff & The Vale area. Due to the unprecedented demand we are in the unfortunate position where we are having to put a hold on new entries to our waiting list for cats to come into our care. We will be reviewing the situation from week to week with a view to reopening the waiting list, we thank you for your understanding.

  • Do you need to rehome your cat?
  • Are you moving and can’t take your cat with you?
  • Can you no longer care for your cat?
  • Does your cat need to be neutered?
  • We can offer part payment vouchers for neutering (conditions apply). You must check with your chosen vet first before contacting us about a voucher, as not all vets accept Cats Protection vouchers
  • Have you heard of Wales’s £5.00 chip and neuter scheme?
