Lost and found cats in Guildford and Godalming

Have you lost or found a cat in Guildford and Godalming?

If you have lost or found a cat, email us by clicking here or write to lostandfound@guildford.cats.org.uk or call us on 01483 422529

You can also contact us via our Facebook page

If you have lost your cat there are a number of things you can do;

Put up posters or leaflets through neighbours doors asking them to check their garages and sheds,

Get your cats smells outside so they can smell their way back including rubbing bedding on nearby posts and leave their litter tray outside,

If microchipped, call your chip company. If not chipped, call local vets to leave a description of your cat with them,

Call for your cat at night as it's quieter outside,

Ask us to put the cat on our Facebook page,

Look online for helpful websites where people can put photos of found cats and you can put your lost cat.

If you have found a cat you can take it to a vet who will check for a microchip free of charge. If the cat is injured or ill then please take to a vet and contact RSPCA as well as us. You can put a paper collar on a friendly cat to find out if it has an owner.
