Nala
Nala

Meet Nala and her sweet babies. The mother, Nala, is one and half years old and came into the centre with four kittens after their previous owner was struggling to cope with them all. Her four beautiful babies are all named after characters from The Lion King film. The kittens are called Simba, Pumba, Timon and Zazu. Nala and her kittens are friendly, affectionate and incredibly cute.

Piper
Piper

Piper is one of our longest-stay residents and has been in our care for 145 days. Piper is a big character and a very smart cat who loves a chat. She is estimated to be three years old. She is mostly independent and likes attention on her own terms. Piper arrived in our care with a damaged rear leg which unfortunately had to be amputated. Since then, Piper has adjusted very well and has a new lease on life! She has a lot of energy and will require a home that can provide her with the enrichment and exercise she needs. She will also need a quiet area where she can be left alone when she needs to decompress. She is playful but can be a bit unpredictable so may suit an older household who understand cat body language. Piper is an interesting and entertaining girl, really a one-in-a-million cat. We would love to get Piper the home she deserves.

George

Meet George, a sweet six-year-old who has recently arrived at our Devon Cat Centre. George does not get along with other cats and came into care when he was not getting along with the other cat in the family home. George can be quite shy to begin with, however after a few minutes he will come to you for fuss and attention. Once he is comfortable, George loves a lap to curl up on.

Bumble
Bumble

Meet Bumble, a new cat in the care of Scotland Cat Centre. Bumble came to the centre after her owner sadly passed away. Initially Bumble has been quite shy and quiet since arriving, mostly staying in the back section of the pen. However, as she settles in, she is coming out of her shell more and more, occasionally enjoying gentle attention. In her previous home she loved to play, therefore would suit a home with enough space and a garden for her to explore.

Oreo and Socks
Oreo and Socks

We’d like to introduce Oreo and Socks, who have recently arrived at the Wales Cat Centre. Oreo and Socks are a handsome pair of bonded black-and-white males. They are sweet boys with a lovely nature but can be a little shy to start with. Both have similar black-and-white markings, but Socks has a black face, and Oreo has some white on his chin. Socks is the slightly more confident of the two but, once they get to know you, they are both friendly and affectionate. Oreo and Socks love curling up together in their hide.

Nova
Nova

Meet Nova, the new sponsor cat for the United Kingdom Cat Centre. Nova came to the centre due to not getting along with the other cats in her previous home. She will therefore suit a forever home where she is the only cat and there aren’t too many other cats in the neighbourhood. Nova is a real character. She is friendly, lively, chatty and playful. This bundle of energy loves to play and will happily play for hours all on her own. In her forever home, Nova would love nothing more than a comfy human bed to cuddle up on.

  • a dedicated sponsorship welcome pack including a postcard of the current cat in your pen and a folder to keep the postcards safe, a personalised certificate plus a window sticker
  • three postal newsletters a year updating you on how you’re helping cats in our care, including a postcard of the current cat in your sponsor pen
  • regular email updates about how your pen resident is getting on, when they find a new home and new arrivals to your pen (if you opt in to receiving these)
  • an online portal to see your latest pen resident and watch them on our new live stream. You can also look back at all the cats you’ve already helped

Who is Simon's Cat?

Simon’s Cat is a loveable, charming, yet mischievous cat that lives with his long suffering owner – Simon. Simon’s Cat made his first appearance online, in a film called Cat Man Do in 2008, made by animator and illustrator, Simon Tofield. Since then this well-known feline has appeared in over 100 short films, books, games and comic strips to name a few.
